Terms of liability.

The scope and limits applying to Human Intel OÜ survey and support assignments.

Scope

All work is carried out to the best of our ability
Responsibility is limited to accepted insurance cover, up to EUR 1.5 million for person and item damage, including up to EUR 300,000 for pollution
No product liability is accepted
No liability for loss caused directly or indirectly by asbestos, mould, fungus, formaldehyde, or silica

The claimant must prove loss was caused by a Human Intel OÜ mistake
Claims must be raised within three months of the damage
Compensation covers direct loss only—not profit or indirect damage
No responsibility is accepted for jobs and events carried out by engaged associates
